In the Print Type field, change 2-Sided to 1-Sided. In the Feature Sets field, change General to Finishing Options. Change the field that is currently set to Copies & Pages or the to Printer Features. If using 'Preview', click the " Preview" menu if using 'Firefox', click the " Firefox" menu. If the " Show Details" button doesn't exist, click on the pop-down menu with the 'Application name' of the program you are using. When the print window comes up, and GreenPrint-KM is selected in the Printer field, click the " Show Details" button to expand the print dialog box. If you want to print a document single-sided follow the steps below: Greenprint only supports printing on US-Letter 8-1/2" x 11" paper. With the default duplex setting, the maximum number of pages per term will be 705 - which is the equivalent of 1,410 single-sided pages. If you print with the default GreenPrint duplex (double-sided) settings, GreenPrint will print on both sides of the paper. If you configure your GreenPrint jobs to print on only one side of the paper, the maximum number of single-sided pages per term will be 1,000. Select All printers to save the setting for this print queue and to make it available for other printer installs even if this print queue is deleted. The preset will be deleted if this print queue is deleted. Select Only This Printer to save the setting only for this print queue. Enter a name for the preset, such as " No Duplex". To these save settings, click on the Presets menu and select Save Current Settings as Preset. Select Xerox Features from the pull-down menu. NOTE: If using Safari or Text Edit and do not see a pull- down menu, click on the arrow to the right of the print queue name to expand the window or choose Show Details. Select Xerox Features from the pull-down menu. Open a document, click on the File menu, and then select Print. NOTE: You will need to save your work in any open application and restart that application to load the defaults that you just modified in the print driver. Click on the OK button to close the Printing Preferences window. If the setting was modified, click on the Apply button to save the new setting. Remove the check mark from the 2-Sided Print check box. Click on the Earth Smart Settings button (green box) at the bottom, left of the window.
